When you use the Site in any manner, you confirm your binding acceptance of this Policy. We may update this Policy at any time; the date of the most recent update is shown above. Your use of the Site after any such update confirms your binding acceptance of the changes.
Visionati is committed to the privacy of its Site visitors and registered users.

We also may collect information about your postings, collaborations and transactions through the Site.
USE OF INFORMATION: We will not sell, trade or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Visionati may use your personal information to alert you to new Site features, special events, products and services, and to process transactions.
We also may use your information without further notice (1) to attribute content that you make available through the Site; (2) to contact you about your content; (3) to process and respond to inquiries and requests for customer service; (4) for the purposes for which you provided the information; (5) to customize the advertising and content you see, including the display of targeted advertising; (6) to enforce the Terms of Use; (7) to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, official requests or claims by others; (8) to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; (9) to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, potential threats, or to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Visionati, its users or the public; or (10) for Site administration and troubleshooting.
We may grant access to your personal information to our agents that assist Visionati in providing the Site functions.
AGGREGATED INFORMATION: Aggregated information which does not personally identify you may be developed by combining information about you or your usage patterns with similar information about others. Aggregated information about user demographics, user patterns and the like may be shared with our advertisers and business partners, but cannot be used to contact you individually.
PUBLIC SITE: Information that you post or make accessible through the Site is available for viewing by others and is not private. If you do not wish others to view or have access to your information, do not post it to the public areas of the Site.
SALES OR MERGERS: In the future, we may buy, sell, merge or partner with other companies or businesses. In the event of such a transaction, your personal information may become available to others.
OTHER DATA COLLECTION AND USE: We also may collect information automatically and through the use of electronic tools. We may collect the domains, clickstream data and IP addresses of users, as well as usage statistics such as web browser types and page requests. These data may be used for security purposes, to understand traffic patterns within the Site, to operate the Site more efficiently, to promote our services, and for Site administration and troubleshooting.
COOKIES: “Cookies” are small elements of data that a website can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system. We may use cookies so we can provide you easier access to registered user areas, or track your preferences to improve your visit. Depending on your browser type, you may be able to set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. Please note that disabling cookies may prevent you from taking advantage of certain Site features.
We may allow ad networks, such as third party ad servers and ad agencies, to serve advertisements on the Site. These companies may use information (which does NOT include personal information such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. We may also place web beacons for these companies within the Site pages. Because your web browser must request these advertisements and web beacons from the ad network’s servers, these companies can view, edit or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their site.

CHILDREN: The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from or about persons under the age of 18 years old.
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION: We try to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information. Our servers are protected by reasonable physical and electronic security measures.
OPT-OUT: If you prefer not to receive email communications from us, you will be given an opportunity to decline to receive such communications when you register and each time we send an email to you.
